These programs are designed to close achievement gaps, elevate learning, and foster adaptive leadership in an ever-changing world. UTalks will serve as an extension of ULC’s impact, highlighting leadership stories and insights from across the educational landscape and beyond.
What is DevelopU?
At the heart of UTalks’ first episodes is ULC’s new Leadership DevelopU Program, an initiative designed to help professionals unlock their leadership potential. This 9-month immersive program is tailored for individuals who want to step into leadership roles within their current organizations or transition into leadership positions in new environments—whether corporate, public, or nonprofit sectors.
